Jeff Williams, CF APMP, is a seasoned proposal writer and manager with extensive experience in various roles across the education and media industries. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Writer/Manager for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Jeff previously contributed to NWEA as a Senior Proposal Writer for state assessments and led a proposal department at Renaissance Learning. A proven leader, Jeff achieved significant sales milestones as an Advertising Sales Representative at Midwest Communications and established a successful newspaper, VOICE of Wisconsin Rapids, as its Owner/Publisher. Prior editorial roles included City Editor and Assistant Managing Editor at local newspapers, where innovative strategies led to multiple industry awards. Jeff holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
