Balmiki Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional in the architecture and construction industries, currently serving as Principal & Senior Vice President at HKS, Inc. since November 2023, focusing on Mission Critical and Advanced Industrial sectors. Prior to this, Balmiki held the position of Vice President at NELSON Worldwide, where responsibilities included leading the national industrial practice and overseeing business development and strategic planning. Experience spans various key roles, including Associate Principal at MG2 Design and Manager of Planning & Design at The Taubman Company, with extensive involvement in high-profile projects across retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.
