Douglas Koehne

Douglas Koehne currently serves as Vice President and Studio Practice Leader at HKS, Inc. since March 2023, after a notable tenure at Corgan from February 2016 to March 2023 as Vice President, where engagement with K-12 school districts across Texas was key. Prior experience includes a role as Director of K-12 Planning at KSQ Architects, PC from January 2014 to January 2016, providing architectural services for various educational projects in North Texas. Douglas Koehne also founded douglasKarchitecture, offering comprehensive architectural services from 2004 to 2013, and held positions as Associate Project Architect at Corgan and Good Fulton & Farrell earlier in his career, focusing on educational and public buildings. Douglas Koehne holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Studies at Southern Methodist University.
