Stevi Cavender McCoy

Stevi Cavender McCoy is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at HKS, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Stevi held the position of Sr Principal - Talent Strategy at Slalom, leading business transformation and organizational change initiatives. Prior roles at HKS, Inc. included Principal and Director of Organizational Development, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Organizational Development office and serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO/President. Additional experience includes strategic communications leadership at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, co-founding Revel Experiences, and marketing roles in employee engagement at Circles. Stevi's earlier career includes directing marketing and communications at Madstone Films and marketing and sales at Clicquot Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from Trinity University.
