Dilara Buse İŞSEVER is a Proje Satış Mühendisi at HKTM since April 2024. Previously, Dilara served as a Team Leader at TÜBİTAK from December 2021 to November 2024, contributing to a project focused on a system for measuring and tracking athletic aerobic capacity supported by the TÜBİTAK–2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program. Dilara gained internship experience at Volvo Car Turkey, Gedik Kaynak, and Ford Otosan, with a specific focus on R&D in body structure during the Gelecek Tasarımcıları Yaz Stajı Program. Dilara was also involved with Gedik Robotics Team as an Electrical and Electronics contributor and completed a full-time internship at ERNA MAKİNA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. Dilara holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from İstanbul Gedik University and has a high school education from Küçükyalı Rezan Has Anadolu Lisesi and İstanbul Kadıköy Lisesi.
