HKV lijn in water
David Knops has extensive experience in flood risk management and technical consultancy within the water sector. Since October 2019, David has held various roles at Waterschap Rivierenland, including Detachering Technisch Manager SSH and Assistent Technisch Manager. Concurrently, David has worked as a Flood Risk Consultant at HKV lijn in water since February 2018, focusing on safety analysis related to foreshore effects. David's prior experience includes serving as a General Boardmember and Treasurer for OLV Ariston, interning at Arcadis in the Water Division, and working as a student assistant at TU Delft. David holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has contributed to education as a tutor and exercise developer at StudentsPlus Bijlessen.
