Jeff Wood

Jeff’s primary responsibility as senior partner within the Operations Team is collaborating with HKW portfolio companies and their management teams on strategic and tactical initiatives during the hold period. Jeff also served as CEO for HKW from 2009-2015 and has served as Chairman of the Board for numerous HKW portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HKW, Jeff spent more than 25 years as a manufacturing executive, most recently as CEO of First Technology PLC, a London Stock Exchange Company. Jeff first connected with HKW in 1994 as a member of management for Control Devices, Inc., a former HKW portfolio company.
