Mike Foisy

Mike’s primary responsibility as partner leading the firm’s Operations Team is collaborating with deal selection, transaction due diligence, and portfolio company management including Exits. His greatest satisfaction comes from partnering with great management teams to support them as they grow their business.

Prior to joining HKW, Mike worked for Sensata Technologies and held several financial and operational management positions at Control Devices, Inc., a former HKW portfolio company.

Mike lives in Kennebunk, ME with his wife and their three sons. Outside the office, their family enjoys being outdoors and enjoying all the activities Maine has to offer.
