Thomas Glässer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 2001 with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Vereinigte Raiffeisenbanken Gräfenberg-Forchheim-Eschenau-Heroldsberg eG, which lasted until 2004. Later in 2009, they worked as a production and post-production assistant intern at AVA Studios. Thomas then joined Zwanzger Filmdesign in 2012 as a communication designer, where they worked until June 2018. In June 2018, they became the Chef vom Dienst at Thomas Glässer's own company. Shortly after, in July 2018, they took up the role of Senior Cutter & Motion Designer (2D/3D) at Theim Kommunikation GmbH, where they are currently employed.

From 2018 to 2021, they attended Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science.
