Thomas Morgan

Mr. Morgan has over 25 years of experience in the financial and technology industries and has been a practicing attorney since 1984. Thomas has been actively engaged in the regulatory compliance industry since 2006. Prior to joining Hatzimemos / Libby, Morgan has been Chief Compliance Officer at a number of different asset managers including Tremont Realty Capital, First Pacific Advisors, RCH Energy, Glovista Investments, Thomas J. Herzfeld Advisors, and AlphaLyra Capital. Morgan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a JD Degree from Boston College School of Law.
