Prior to that role, Krystal was an IT Helpdesk Technician at FKP | CannonDesign starting from May 2015. With a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Colorado Technical University, Krystal is experienced in providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Krystal responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
