The Marketing and Communications Team at HLM Architects is responsible for promoting the company's architectural achievements and values, enhancing visibility, and maintaining the firm’s positive public image. Comprising the Head Of Marketing & Communications, Marketing Lead, and Bid Coordinator, the team develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives, coordinates bids and proposals, manages public relations efforts, and supports outreach and sustainability endeavors. Their primary goal is to communicate HLM Architects' commitment to thoughtful design, social mobility, and improving wellbeing, thereby attracting new clients and fostering strong community relationships.
