Valerio Chiaronzi

Valerio Chiaronzi is the CEO & Founder of hlpy since March 2020. Before that, they worked at AmTrust International as the Deputy General Manager & Head of International (France and Spain) from March 2019 to June 2019, and as the Deputy General Manager from January 2018 to March 2019. Prior to joining AmTrust International, Valerio held various positions at Europ Assistance, including Chief Commercial Officer from July 2014 to January 2018. Valerio also served as the Marketing, consumer and technical insurance director, Head of product development, consumer and corporate marketing, risk underwriting and claims, communication from July 2012 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as the Marketing and consumer director from October 2011 to June 2012, Marketing director from October 2010 to September 2011, and Product and trade marketing manager from June 2004 to September 2010. Valerio also worked as a Marketing & Sales Consultant at Yoda-Allaxia, Milan from September 2002 to May 2004, and as an E-Commerce Manager at BT from September 2001 to September 2002. Valerio'sfirst role was as a New Business Developer at Freedomland, Milan from May 2000 to September 2001.

Valerio Chiaronzi completed their executive education in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD in 2015. In 2007, they attended SDA Bocconi to study Marketing Management of financial services. From 1993 to 1999, Chiaronzi pursued their undergraduate studies in Sociology at Sapienza Università di Roma.
