Per Lambaek started their career in 2002 at HLTV.org, where they held various roles including Co-CEO and CTO. Per was also the Co-owner and Lead developer, responsible for the development at HLTV.org until March 2020. In 2011, they joined Capgemini as a Consultant, where they served as the Co-head of technical architecture. Per introduced a development pipeline and spearheaded the migration of the build system, improving build times and facilitating continuous delivery. Per left Capgemini in July 2015.
Per Lambaek attended Aarhus University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Per then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2007 to 2011.
