Jai Miller has extensive work experience in the field of account services and marketing. They are currently employed as the VP of Account Services at HLX since August 2021. Prior to this, Jai worked as a Senior Account Strategy Director at Fallon Medica, LLC from April 2018 to August 2021. They also had a freelance role in Client Services/Account Management from January 2018 to March 2018.

Before joining Fallon Medica, LLC, Jai held various roles at The Access Group. They served as the VP and Director of Client Services from January 2015 to January 2018, and as the VP and Group Account Supervisor from January 2012 to December 2014. They also worked as a Group Account Supervisor, Account Supervisor, and Senior Account Executive during their tenure at The Access Group.

Prior to The Access Group, Jai worked as the Principal at Power.doc Communications from January 2005 to December 2011. They also had a brief role as a Project Manager/Marketing at ArcMesa Educators from January 2008 to April 2008. Jai's early career includes a role as a Manager of Professional Education at INCE from July 2003 to October 2007, and as a Project Manager at MediMedia, USA from May 1998 to July 2003.

Throughout their career, Jai has demonstrated expertise in account management, project management, strategic planning, client relations, and team leadership.

Jai Miller's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems, which was obtained from Rutgers University from 1999 to 2004. In 2011, they completed a mini MBA program in Digital Marketing offered by the Rutgers Center for Management Development. From 2004 to 2007, Jai attended Mercer County Community College, where they pursued web design and development through various certificates and continuing education classes.

In addition to their formal education, Jai has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In February 2022, they completed the "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" certification. In March 2022, they acquired certifications in "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Delegating Tasks," "Delivering Employee Feedback," "How to Present and Stay on Point," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn.
