Dion Nagy

Dion Nagy currently serves as the VP of Global Research & Development Operations at HM.CLAUSE since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dion held the position of Global Vegetable Supply Planning Lead at Bayer Crop Science from August 2018 to July 2019, overseeing seed allocation and scheduling for 22 global crops. Dion's extensive experience at Monsanto Company from January 1996 to July 2019 included leading various roles such as Global Vegetable Supply Planning Lead, Global Vegetable Optimization Lead, and North American Seed Production Services Lead, with responsibilities spanning seed multiplication and production management across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes roles at 3M focusing on engineering and unit leadership in Health Care and Fusion Bond Epoxy Coatings. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master’s degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
