In 1997, H&M Construction Company, LLC was founded in Cuba, Alabama by Jimmy Hall and J.C. McElroy, Jr. Within weeks the corporate office was established in Pennington, Alabama. In 2007, we opened our regional office in Meridian, Mississippi. 2011 saw the establishment of our Calvert, Alabama office, and in 2015, our Petal, Mississippi office was established. 2017 saw expansion into Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. In 2016, Jimmy Hall retired and in 2018, J.C. McElroy, Jr. passed away. The business has since been carried on by the Hall and McElroy family. We are a licensed contractor in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. We are proud of our company, its reputation for safety excellence, and our quality workforce. We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.
