Tara Kuckkan

Tara Kuckkan has worked in a variety of roles in Human Resources and Payroll since 2014. Tara began their career as a Certified Instructor at Arthur Murray Franchised Dance Studio in 2014. In 2017, they moved to StaffCo as a Payroll Coordinator. The following year, they joined Accountemps as a Payroll Specialist. In 2019, they began working at StuartCo as a Payroll Benefits Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Human Resources Manager at HM Cragg, where they manage all areas related to Human Resources, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Tara Kuckkan obtained a B.A. in Religion and Social Work from Luther College between 1997 and 2001. Tara then obtained an Adult Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2022. Most recently, they are currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in HR & Employment Law from Northeastern University School of Law, which they expect to complete in 2022.
