Alma Flores is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at HME since May 2014, Alma oversees the global people strategy, compensation, and HRIS functions. Previous roles at HME include Senior Director of Human Resources and HR Director, where collaboration with the executive team on leadership development and business strategies was paramount. Prior experience at Watkins Wellness included positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner, where Alma focused on enhancing talent acquisition strategies and providing HR support across business units.
