Diem Lewis

Diem Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Diem began their career at YMCA of San Diego County as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist, where they led recruitment, training, and development efforts. Diem then moved to John Laing Homes as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they directed all general HR functions for three home building divisions. After that, they joined Winnercomm, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, managing HR functions for Winnercomm, Skycam, and Cablecam. Diem later worked at Blueknight Energy Partners, LP as a Human Resource Business Partner/Generalist, providing HR consultation and support to different business units. Diem then returned to YMCA of San Diego County as a Training & Leadership Development Manager, leading the training team and managing learning and leadership development initiatives. Currently, they are working at HME as the Director of Lean Strategies & Operational Excellence, responsible for implementing lean strategies and enhancing operational efficiency.

Diem Lewis earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Non-Profit Management from the University of San Diego, which they attended from 1997 to 2001.
