Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas currently serves as the Director of Contract and Vendor Management at enGen, focusing on achieving $6.5 million in savings for 2025 through strategic vendor negotiations. Previously held roles at enGen include Manager of Strategy & Execution, where Jeff redefined the VMO team's roles for improved efficiency, and Senior Contract Manager, managing over $1 billion in contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield while leading a new contract management team. Jeff's extensive experience also encompasses positions at WNS Denali, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and roles in the United States Marine Corps, along with a strong educational background in Contract Management and Marketing from West Virginia University and the VA Acquisition Academy.
