Lali Reddy

Lali Reddy is an experienced professional in customer insight and practice operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Insight at enGen since January 2017, after holding various roles including Manager of Practice Operations, Supervisor of Client Engagement, and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a consultancy position at Tufts Health Plan in 2016, and serving as Project Manager at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, supporting the implementation of Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications. Additionally, Lali Reddy worked as a Business Consultant at Tufts Health Plan, focusing on management consulting, process redesign, and operational efficiencies from an IT standpoint, and as a Health Information Management Technician at UPMC. Lali Reddy holds an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Boston University School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Life Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from Northeast Ohio Medical University.
