Lauren Richards

Lauren Richards currently serves as Manager at enGen, where responsibilities include supporting IT Blueprint and Estimation, as well as managing the Epic Technical and Telemedicine teams. Previously, Lauren held various roles at UPMC, including Intermediate and Associate Systems Analyst in Telemedicine, where focus was on evaluating client needs and optimizing business processes. At Chatham University, Lauren acted as an Adjunct Instructor, creating and teaching telehealth courses. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Chatham University and a degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State New Kensington.
