Manoj Kapoor is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as CEO and President of enGen Global since September 2025, Manoj previously held the role of Vice President of Growth & Transformation at Providence India, where focus was on enhancing healthcare system operations and patient experiences. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Optum, where Manoj spearheaded HealthTech innovation initiatives and built product engineering teams, as well as investment leadership at Roundglass Living and senior roles at Edifecs, CGI, Dell Technologies, and Perot Systems. Manoj's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and an MSc in Operations Research from Delhi University.
