Michael Kiesinger

Michael Kiesinger is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing dental solutions and Agile transformations. Currently serving as Manager of IT Dental Solutions at enGen since June 2022, Michael supports IT Project Managers to enhance PMO processes in a Scaled Agile environment. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at HM Health Solutions, including Manager of IT Dental Solutions and IT Team Manager, where significant contributions were made to delivery enablement and team performance. Michael's extensive experience also includes roles at Highmark Inc., Associated Wholesalers, Inc., Transamerica, Monumental Life Insurance, and EDS, with responsibilities ranging from application development to system engineering. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lebanon Valley College.
