Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service management and IT support. Currently serving as a Platform Owner and Senior IT Service Manager for HM Revenue & Customs since October 2020, Andy previously held various roles at Atos, including Service Manager and Service Operations Manager from June 2011 to July 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Siemens ITS as an IT Support Team Leader and at Euro DPC as an IT Support Technician and Customer Services Advisor. Andy began a career in technology at National Westminster Bank as a Service Centre Data Processor from October 1995 to February 1997 and holds education from Ysgol David Hughes from 1988 to 1995.
