Colin Casse

Colin Casse is an experienced director currently serving at HM Revenue & Customs in various leadership roles related to estates projects and transformation since July 2019. Previously, Colin held positions as Regional Director of Projects and Construction South and Regional Programme Lead for the South East and London at BT Facilities Services from December 2013 to March 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Office Projects for North West Europe at Siemens Real Estate, where Colin managed the implementation of a flexible office concept and contributed to the growth of the organization. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading and has further education from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
