Joanna Knox

Joanna Knox is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the People Analytics Manager at HM Revenue & Customs since March 2021, where responsibilities include statistics and quantitative data analysis. Prior to this role, Joanna worked at Experian as a Senior Analytics Manager from November 2003 to February 2021. Joanna holds a Master of Science degree in Chemoinformatics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, both obtained from The University of Sheffield, with studies completed in 2003 and 2002, respectively.
