Jonathan Holt Mbe

Jonathan Holt MBE currently serves as the Head of PMO and Chief of Staff for Border Services, Data and Design at HM Revenue & Customs since September 2011. Notable contributions include co-founding and co-chairing HMRC’s National Neurodiversity Network, which supports over 1,200 civil servants in leveraging their strengths. Jonathan has held various leadership roles focused on internal engagement, digital transformation, and operational optimization, successfully managing significant change initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments. Prior to HMRC, Jonathan gained experience in television production management, culminating as a Senior Production Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate certificate in Management and Leadership from Coventry University and a degree in Broadcasting, Communication and Media Studies from the University of Leeds.
