Komal Tekchandani

Komal Tekchandani is an experienced professional with a strong background in business change and transformation across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Business Analysis at HM Revenue & Customs since November 2021, Komal leads the delivery of major change programs and develops the program delivery capabilities within the organization. Prior to this role, Komal was the Head of Business Change at HM Treasury, overseeing the Future Location and Culture programme, and has held leadership positions at Heathrow and Transport for London, focusing on IT business change, human resources, and stakeholder engagement. Komal holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Middlesex University and a BA (Hons) in History from Greenwich University.
