Melanie Chambers has extensive experience in various roles within customer support and procurement, beginning with a position as Customer Service Team Leader at Epson Europe B.V. from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Melanie worked at Computacenter in Sales & Customer Support and held the position of Customer Support Manager at SCC from 2005 to 2013, managing key accounts and project support. Transitioning to Capgemini, Melanie served as Buyer and Onboarding Case Facilitator from 2013 to 2015. Currently, since December 2015, Melanie is an Internal Delivery Partner within the Fraud Investigation Service at HM Revenue & Customs.
