Anurag Keshan

Anurag Keshan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Architecture for Portfolio Brands at H&M Group since August 2013, overseeing a team of 120 engineers focused on technology solutions for six global fashion retail brands. Previously at H&M, Anurag held various roles including Head of Engineering for Customer Care, where responsibilities encompassed managing a global team of over 100 and ensuring the effective operation of customer care platforms. Prior experience includes positions at IBM as a Software Engineer & Lead in SAP and at Sony Mobile Communications as a Software Engineer. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Printing & Media Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and has also contributed as a Research Associate at XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in ERP implementations.
