Arindam Dhar

Arindam Dhar is an experienced engineering manager, currently leading a high-performing team at H&M Group since January 2021, focusing on delivering innovative software solutions and fostering a collaborative work environment. With a strong background in cloud technologies as a Technical Competence Manager and Azure Solution Architect, Arindam provides mentorship to software engineers in their transition to Cloud Native Solutions. Prior experience at ITC Infotech spanned over a decade, where Arindam held roles including Technical Project Manager, leading project lifecycles and cross-functional teams, as well as Team Lead and Analyst Programmer, focusing on software development and quality assurance. Arindam holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Manipal Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Accelerated General Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
