Arwin Ludiansyah

Arwin Ludiansyah currently serves as the Country Controller Production for the India Region at H&M Group, overseeing data analysis and KPI management across various operational functions since February 2023. Prior to this role, Arwin was the Global Merchandising Controller at H&M from 2014 to 2023, responsible for driving the seasonal strategy for menswear and ensuring optimal product offerings. Arwin's extensive experience at H&M also includes roles as Country & Business Controller for the Africa Region and Country Controller Production for Indonesia, focusing on sourcing strategies and financial operations. Earlier in the career, Arwin held business development positions at LINE Corp and Global Comm Nusantara, and worked in corporate planning at CIMB Niaga. Educationally, Arwin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia and an MBA in Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
