Åsa Johnson

Åsa Johnson is the Change Management Lead at H&M Group, where they oversee initiatives in change management and agile coaching. They previously worked as a Change Manager in Business Development at H&M and served as a Management Consultant at Centigo, focusing on change and customer excellence. Åsa began their career as a Service Advisor at Danske Bank and holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. They also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Language, and Culture from the same institution.
