Avantika M. has held several design and engineering positions, most recently serving as a Senior Product Designer at H&M Group in 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Designer focusing on Post-Purchase and Returns at the same company. Avantika has a diverse background, including experience as a Partnership Lead at AIxDESIGN and as a Designer at The Creative Union. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Test Engineer for BMW of North America and as a Mechanical Engineer at BMW Group.
