Bo Chang is an experienced design professional currently serving as Experience Director and Product Design Competence Lead at H&M Group since June 2021, focusing on customer engagement. Prior to this role, Bo worked as a User Experience Design Specialist at Kollmorgen from September 2017 to June 2021, contributing to the development of self-driving robot systems through Agile methodologies. Bo's earlier career includes significant interaction design projects for Volvo Car Group and Volvo Group, where innovative interfaces were designed for infotainment systems and construction equipment, respectively. Bo's experience also encompasses consultancy roles at HiQ and Epsilon, as well as freelance projects in interaction design and industrial design. Bo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Sichuan University.
