Filip Lam

Filip Lam is a Global L&D leader currently serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development for H&M, a role they have held since 2026. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Learning Consultant at Brights Learning and as the Head of People Growth at Alan. Filip began their career in sales at Expert Sverige AB, where they excelled in hiring, training, and conflict mediation. They hold a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, which they earned in 2011.
