Ipek Sapci

Ipek Sapci is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at H&M Group since September 2017, Ipek has played a pivotal role in shaping the HR vision for Portugal and Italy, focusing on organizational structure, competency development, and employee performance management. Prior to this, Ipek held various HR roles at Shaya, including Learning and Development Supervisor, and at Vakko & Vakko Esmod Fashion Academy as a Training and Internal Communication Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kent and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Işık Üniversitesi.
