Johan Carlestål

Johan Carlestål is a Talent Innovation Lead at H&M Group, where they lead the exploration of HR technology and innovation, focusing on talent intelligence and people analytics. Previously, they held various roles at SEB, including Sourcing Manager and Leadership & Organizational Development Partner, where they pioneered strategic workforce planning. Johan gained early experience as a Master Planner and Strategic Sourcing Manager at Ericsson. They earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from both Chalmers University of Technology and Technische Universität München.
