Jonas Elfström is a driven leader focused on business development, growth, and results. Currently, as the Regionchef for Stockholm/Uppsala at Plan B, Jonas holds overall responsibility for the region's operations, emphasizing growth, profitability, and efficiency while managing a team of over 40 employees. In addition, Jonas serves as the Global Construction & Facilities Lead at H&M Group, where they oversee strategic development and standardization across the global store lifecycle. With a solid foundation in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and experience in various project leadership roles, Jonas has consistently driven successful organizational transformations in the real estate and facility management sectors.
