Karolin de Belder

Karolin de Belder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Business Expert and Staff Responsible in Talent Acquisition Solutions at H&M Group since September 2018. In this role, Karolin focuses on implementing technology solutions for recruitment while supporting the development of other Business Experts through performance management. Prior positions at H&M include Talent Acquisition Team Lead, overseeing a team of 10-15 specialists, and HR Project Manager, where initiatives aimed at enhancing data-driven HR practices were led. Karolin began a career in recruitment with Lawson Software and Elan IT, and transitioned from a Project Manager and consultant role in telecommunications with Lavastorm. Karolin holds a Master of Business Administration from Uppsala University, earned in 1998.
