Kaying Lau

Kaying Lau has extensive experience in communications and change management, currently serving as a Communications Advisor at H&M Group since August 2016, where responsibilities include strategic communication support and internal communication leadership. Previous roles at H&M Group include Project Manager for Group Communications and Sustainability Communications, focusing on change communication and sustainability reporting. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at Purple Ivy, Head of the GRI China Focal Point at the Global Reporting Initiative, and Senior Consultant at APCO Worldwide, where Kaying managed projects related to corporate responsibility and strategic communications. Kaying's career began as Managing Director at AQ Services International and as a National Government Trainee with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Amsterdam and other institutions in International Relations and Strategic Management.
