Lina Gerde

Lina Gerde has extensive experience in product management and IT operations, currently serving as a Product Manager for People Analytics at H&M Group since February 2019, where previous roles included Product Owner and Regional Product Lead. With a background as an IT Operations Lead and HR Application Expert at Médicos Sin Fronteras, Lina was responsible for the global SAP HR solution from June 2017 to February 2019. Initial roles at H&M Group encompassed being an Area Solution Responsible in the Master Data department and an IT Trainee focused on developing future leaders within business and IT. Earlier experience includes a position as a Consultant Manager and Recruitment Assistant at Bravura Sverige. Lina holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Systems Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University and Stockholm University.
