Michael Fischer has extensive experience in the technology and production sectors, primarily with H&M Group since May 1997. Currently serving as the Continental Lead for Production Assurance EMEA, Michael is responsible for ensuring service quality and stability across various countries. Previous roles include Competence Lead for the EMEA region in Business Tech, overseeing a team of Regional Product leads, and managing the regional product and project portfolio in APAC. Michael has led IT operations across multiple countries, including Singapore and Australia, and managed support for over 3,500 stores globally. Earlier experience includes department management positions at Media Markt. Michael holds an Engineer's degree in Electromechanical Engineering and is certified in ITIL v.3.
