Michelle Carthy

Michelle Carthy is an accomplished Project Manager and Communications Specialist at H&M Group since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at H&M starting in August 2005. Michelle has demonstrated strategic and operational leadership in various roles, including Global Project Manager, Head of Planning & Communication, and Group Manager Production, where responsibilities spanned internal communication projects, omni-channel commercial communications, and production strategies for a vast network of stores. With a strong foundation in visual merchandising and team leadership, Michelle has successfully led teams to implement marketing campaigns and drive sales growth across multiple regions. Michelle holds a degree in NCEF Sports Physiotherapy from Crumlin College.
