Ótta Ösp

Ótta Ösp is currently a People Specialist Partner in Learning and Development at H&M Group, where they focus on empowering colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Previously, Ótta served in various leadership roles at H&M, including as a Group Manager for the Global E-com Learning & Tech team and an E-com Business Expert for major projects. They also held positions at Levi Strauss & Co. and Gló Restaurant, managing operations and leading teams in both retail and dining environments. Ótta earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing Communications from Bifröst University.
