Philip Kroge is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software engineering and system development. Currently serving as Unit Lead Engineer for Production Process & Tech Development at H&M Group since November 2015, Philip has held various roles within the company, including Director of Software Engineering for Supplier Lifecycle Management and Area Architect within the Buying & Production division. Philip is also a co-founder and CTO at Uniware Systemutveckling, alongside co-founding two e-commerce businesses, Cykellagret.se and Grillbutiken.se. Earlier career highlights include leading development and architectural projects for Husqvarna, as well as consultancy roles for prominent clients at EVRY Sverige and Fläkt Woods Group.
