Steven McCoy has extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as an Employee Engagement Specialist and HR Project Coordinator at H&M Group since April 2021. Prior to this role, Steven McCoy dedicated over 15 years to H&M, where responsibilities included Loyalty Project Manager and Employer Branding Coordinator for the UK and Ireland, as well as various management positions including Store Manager and Department Manager.
