Justin Panson

Justin Panson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in design and brand communication. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at HMC Architects since July 2020, Justin focuses on securing proposal wins for K-12 educational architecture projects through compelling writing and design, along with managing the HMC School News publication. Justin previously operated as Principal at Confluence Studio from 2001 to 2022, where services included graphic design, marketing consultation, and project management. Additional roles include Strategic Marketing Manager at SBM Management Services, LP, and Senior Brand Communication Specialist at VSP Global, emphasizing team leadership and brand development. Justin’s career began as a Senior Graphic Designer at the California Dental Association, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in English from Penn State University.
